Adding benches to the walking path at the Cedars gives residents a place to rest and soak up the sun.

 

Over the past year the Friends of Madrid Home Communities have been working to raise funds to create more accessible and interesting outdoor spaces. Several projects are have been completed, and a few are still in the works. We appreciate the help of everyone who has contributed, helped with fund raisers, or volunteered their time. Residents at all three campuses have enjoyed spending time outside this summer.

The walking path that follows the tree line on the north and west of the Madrid Home is complete. Benches have been ordered for rest areas and will be installed soon.
