our main facility and 2 Free standing Duplex Apartments (Grigsby
Court)
The apartments feature an Emergency Call System that you can use if you need help. You'll also receive a Daily Reassurance Call from a staff member for additional peace of mind.

Something is always happening
with the individuals who reside in the Garden Court
apartments. A rousing game of cards, bingo, pizza
parties, potlucks, exercise classes, scheduled outings and more are
frequently on the agenda. If you are a homebody,
you might prefer to curl up alone with a good book. Either way, you'll have all the comforts of home without the responsibilty, along with the added security of knowing that support is close by if you did it. |
.In 2006 the Delegates to the Madrid Home Communities Board vote to purchase the low income, Independent housing units Golden Terrace Apartments and bring them into our community of service.
The apartment complex is located next door to the Main Campus of Madrid Home Communities and provides endless possibilties for the independent living facilities residents and to later be able to move to our assisted living or nursing home care.
.Golden Terrace Apartments are made up of one or two bedroom apartments, with a living room, kitchen/dining room and a full bath room. In some apartments their living room window looks out on a flower and scrub covered court yard that houses a large screen-in gazebo.
